Joanne Harvey, M.S.W., hospice social worker, grief counselor and author of 'Dying to Live: Embracing the Journey,' discusses how family members and loved ones can have a conversation about entering hospice.

Anna Boiko-Weyrauch, producer of, ‘When a Doctor Meets a Soul,” shares her father’s unusual encounter with a dying patient.
